St. Louis County, Office of Community Development is in the process of developing its Five-Year Consolidated Plan for 2016-2020. This Plan becomes the basis for submitting applications to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for annual funding through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). These funds can be used for housing, community development projects and social service needs. St. Louis County wants you to have a voice in how the County invests this money. Please assist us by considering the needs of your community and making your opinions heard.
Interested persons, groups and agencies are invited to attend a public hearing to provide input regarding proposed activities for St. Louis County’s “FY 2016 -2020” Consolidated Plan.
Organizations that are interested in requesting CDBG funds from St. Louis County may pick up applications for funding beginning on Monday, August 17, 2015, at the address specified below or at this public hearing. All applications for funding are due at the St. Louis County Office of Community Development on October 16, 2015 no later than 5:00 p.m.
